It's a condo, 1420 square feet. There are 1.5 baths, 1 kitchen and a fireplace. currently there is a mix of hardwood (very little), carpet, tile, and laminate. I want to redo the entire unit with hardwood. There are approximately 6 other rooms, 2 bedrooms, study, dining room, living room, sun room. I'm looking for an estimate on the labor, material, moving furniture, etc. included in installing new flooring. Thanks. Michelle

Hoping to get an estimate for 3 specific projects (can be in phases or together in whatever way makes sense): 1) Recent water damage to oak floor in master bedroom, approximately 8 ft by 8 ft. Wood probably needs replacing. 2) Refinish of existing oak floor in great room, TV room and foyer (this is a new floor that was not finished correctly, needs to be redone for better surface and color) 3) Refinish wood on stairs. While moving a piece of furniture, a sharp piece gouged across a few (5-6) of the hardwood floor boards. These need repaired or replaced, but need to match invisibly. Perhaps swap with boards from inside a closet? Boards are honey oak(?) each about 2.5" wide
